A Good Picture Really *Is* Worth a Thousand Words!
It may be cliché, but it’s also 100% true: A *good* picture really *is* worth a thousand words. And a good video is worth even more. I have 25 years of highly successful sales and marketing experience as a self-employed business owner in adventure and leisure recreation prior to being a land agent, and of all the marketing tools at my disposal, none made as much impact as *good quality images* did. I’m an FAA certified drone pilot, and I’m an absolute fanatic about taking dozens of photos just to get one perfect one. It’s all about good lighting, and that usually means I’ll be waking up before the chickens to get to your place to get good drone photos and video when your land is being bathed in that first soft sunlight of the morning. If your realtor shows you the visual presentation they’ve put together for your land, and the very first word out of your mouth isn’t “WOW!”, then you may well be leaving money on the table.
