God is *not* making any new land in southern Iowa, and it almost assuredly is *not* going to get any cheaper, if the last decade is any indicator. If you are looking to buy southern Iowa land – ANY kind of land, be it Iowa farm land, Iowa hunting land, Iowa cattle land, Iowa investment land, or a mix of those categories – there’s “no time like the present” to buy. I’ve learned the hard way that if you’re hoping or waiting for good quality southern Iowa hunting land to go down in price, you’re probably going to be waiting….a long time.
