There is existing barb-wire fencing on south/west/east property boundaries and some interior fencing, though no fencing as of right now on the north boundary, as this property was once part of a larger property that included the property on the north side. The new owner will take physical possession at closing and full legal possession upon expiration of farm tenant rights on the last day of February, 2025, per Iowa farm lease law.
